Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered at our discretion for customers who ordered the wrong size of FlatsOver. All exchange requests must be made via email, and approval is required before returning any item. For orders shipped via UPS, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Optical Quality
The reason behind the best optical quality lies in the raw materials used. Optima uses Belgian float glass with mirror quality for all its ballistic products and, unlike all other armored glass companies, uses PU (polyurethane) as adhesive material, combined with automated cutting and polishing processes, ensuring maximum transparency and originality.
Permanent Coloring
The tint of Optima glass is applied in the silica (in the molecular structure of the glass), making it unalterable over time, regardless of permanent solar radiation exposure. Other glasses use color films that degrade and change color over time (they generally turn purple). An Optima glass is the closest thing to OEM glass.
