Flats Over® is a premium run flat insert that provides the highest performance in its class for private, commercial and tactical vehicles. Heracron Ballistic Laminate
Heracron® is a para-aramid fiber manufactured by Kolon Industries in South Korea. It offers tensile strength 6 times higher than steel, excellent thermal stability (570°C decomposition temperature), and is self-extinguishing (LOI 29+). Our multilayer ballistic laminate sheets come in 9-layer and 11-layer configurations (3.0 x 1.5 m), meeting NIJ II and NIJ IIIA protection standards respectively. Flatsover Instructions
Simple installation process with standard tools.
Detach the Tire from the Wheel
Deflate and detach the tire from the rim by lifting the tire up.
Place the Insert
Position the Flatsover insert inside the tire, centering it on the wheel rim.
Secure with Ratchets
Use the dual ratchet locking mechanisms to secure the insert in place with the stainless steel cable.
Remount & Balance
Remount the tire on the vehicle and balance as normal. The insert will not affect alignment.
